I/O interests: My I/O interests include workplace psychological constructs, well-being, motivation, leadership, survey design, and learning and development. 
Future Aspirations: My aspiration is to excel as an IO professional, leveraging my abilities to enhance workplace environments for employees. I hold the belief that achieving this goal is attainable through various avenues. I am currently leaning towards an academic route, persisting in my research trajectory. This trajectory, once developed, could offer valuable insights to IO practitioners, empowering them to make more enlightened decisions.
Interesting/Fun Fact About Me:  I would never watch horror movies, and I love stand-up comedy.

Dr. Mele Kramer
Faculty Advisor

Mele Kramer completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at New York University. She continued on with her M.S., Ph.D. in IO Consultation Psychology. She has worked in corporate settings for over 20 years in a variety of industries including, aerospace, transportation, education, EdTech,  recruiting, HR, and Leadership consulting with healthcare clinicians in hospitals to expand awareness regarding the issues surrounding healthcare processes, providing services, including alternative options for preventative and post follow up care to optimize costs, healthcare services and wellness. She received her M.S. in I/O Psychology focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leadership training.
